kaomoji and its subdivisions are operated by kaomoji. Please keep in mind that kaomoji is a growing company and may not have the same Terms and Conditions policies that you’ll find at big box stores.A product purchase assume acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. The purchase is considered carried out in full as soon as your purchase is confirmed on your screen.Please read through our Terms of Conditions below, make sure to contact us if you have any questions.
Your privacy is important to us. Your personal information will only be used within kaomoji and by those third parties engaged by us to assist in providing services, information and products to you. kaomoji does not sell, rent, assign or give your information to any third party other than the aforementioned. You are entitled to see the personal information stored upon request. Price and payment
The prices indicated on the Website are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) and are exclusive of shipping costs and taxes/duties. The return shipping costs will be paid by the consumer. The total purchase price due will be indicated when the order is placed and when the agreement is confirmed.
If you are in possession of a valid discount code, you can enter the code in the provided box on the order form. The discount applies to the Product(s) and not the delivery charge. kaomoji reserves the right to correct the mentioned prices on the Website, Webshop and/or in the confirmation mail, in case of errors (including printing and typing errors) or the correction of omissions. kaomoji reserve the right to adjust pricing without further notice. The current shipping cost is stated below the pricing in the checkout. Shipping costs may vary per country. Payment may be made using the methods indicated on the Website. kaomoji has all the same securities and payment frauds protections as these leading payment processor.
Return and exchange
Returned items must conform to our returns policy:
- Returns for sale products are not allowed.
- The consumer have 14 days return right, after they have received it. After this time we cannot guarantee that the refund will be accepted. We strongly recommend that you arrange your return within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure that it arrives at our office within 14 days.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original packaging and tags.
- The risk with respect to any damage to or loss of the products during the return will be transferred to the consumer as from the time at which the products are delivered.
- Return shipping is at customer’s expense. The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the goods are damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds can be given as a store credit which includes shipping costs. If the consumer like to have a refund to their bank account, kaomoji will refund the total amount paid minus the paid shipping costs. kaomoji will refund the purchase price of the product as quickly as possible to the account used to purchase the order, but in any event within 14 days after kaomoji received the returned product.
- The consumer will not be permitted to exchange the product for another product. If the consumer wishes to purchase another product he/she will have to place a new order on the website.
- In case the consumer received a faulty or defect product, the item will be checked by kaomoji. This must be notified during the 14 days return right. If later, the consumer is not covered by our warranty policy.
Delivery & Shipment
Shipment will be made using a carrier designated by kaomoji.
kaomoji will send the products as quickly as possible, and in any event within fourteen (14) days, to the address indicated by the consumer, provided that kaomoji has received the full purchase price. Please make sure you enter in your correct shipping address. In case of any change in this information you shall notify kaomoji in writing as soon as possible at email@example.com. If the package cannot be delivered and is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, you will need to pay the shipping cost again to resend your package.
Shipping to Europe can take up to 2-21 business days. Worldwide shipping can take up to 10-45 business days. This is depending on each country’s customs inspection and postal delivery practices. It is your responsibility as a buyer to track the package. If you haven’t received your package within 30 days if within Europe or 45 days if outside of Europe, please do let us know so that we can help you. If you fail to report it to us, we won’t be able help file a claim with the carrier to find your package.
The risk with respect to any damage to or loss of the products will be transferred to the consumer as from the time at which the products are delivered.
Taxes and duties
If you live outside of the European Union you may be responsible for duty taxes. Once it leaves The Netherlands, upon arrival at your country, it will go through Customs Clearance and tax duty assignments. As a buyer and a citizen, you are responsible for any requirements from your government regarding the merchandise that you ordered. After that, your post office will sort and deliver the package to your purchase order’s shipping address. Due to international Customs regulations, the declared values of your merchandise must match the purchased prices or your package will not be released to you until duty tax is paid.
All our orders are traceable except for Facemask and Nya Bags. Please be aware of tax and duties, if you reside out of Europe! We will sent you a confirmation with a track and trace link if your order has been shipped.
All information, text, graphics, images, photographs, logos, illustrations, descriptions, data, designs, icons, video clips, audio clips, sounds, files, trademarks, copyrighted material, trade dress, interfaces, software, specifications, catalogues, literature, advertisements, titles, names and any other materials provided on the Services are owned by kaomoji and/or third parties. This content may contain omissions, errors, or may be out of date.
kaomoji cannot guarantee that all product images exactly reproduce the actual color of the products. We do our best to present the products as realistic as possible, however the color settings may differ on different computers and thus affect the color shown on your screen. Clothes might have been pinned to fit the model. kaomoji have right to change the assortment without further notice and have the right to remove items before your place your order.

The consumer will be obliged to inspect the product when it has been delivered and to notify kaomoji within a reasonable term in the event that there are any visible defects or other complaints regarding the performance of the agreement.
kaomoji will respond to any complaints that it receives within a term of 14 days after receipt.
The consumer acknowledges that: minor deviations and deviations that are generally considered acceptable in respect of the quality, size, color, finishing, etc. of products cannot be avoided or are difficult to avoid and do not constitute a well-founded reason to submit a complaint. Such complaints, and complaints regarding the removal of certain products from the Website, are not well founded. kaomoji will not be liable for any damage that the consumer sustains as a result of such deviations or the removal of such products from the Website. The consumer acknowledges that clothing coloring can fade with use and time.
