How long does delivery take?
Processing your order may take 1-7 business days, as everything is hand-packed. We will send the products as quickly as possible but please allow 7 business days for your order to be ready to ship out.

There may be processing delays during big releases, collaborations, Christmas and sale periods, or in case Kaomoji is out of office due to personal circumstances. These delays can take up to 4-6 weeks.

Shipping times depend on the country, as well as each country’s customs inspection and postal delivery practices. In some countries (USA, Canada, Australia, Norway etc.), you can expect up to 3 weeks delivery time, due to customs clearance. Please check below for an indication of how long shipping might take!

  • Netherlands 1-3 business days
  • Europe 3-21 business days
  • Outside Europe 10-45 business days

 

Please note that these shipping times are excluding the processing time. For the total delivery time, please consider both the time it takes to get your order ready and the shipping time relevant to your country.
To prevent any inconvenience, please enter the correct shipping address. In case of any change in information regarding shipping and delivery, please notify us as soon as possible at support@kaomoji.co. If the package cannot be delivered and is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, you will need to pay the shipping cost again to resend your package.

Track & Trace

What is track & trace, and how does it work?
The tracking will give you information about where your order is at the moment. When we make your shipping label, you will receive an update that your parcel has been shipped. Mostly we deliver the packages at our post office on the same day, sometimes it will be the day after due to delay or many orders. Once your parcel has gained his first scan, it will be sent to your country in 1-3 business days.
The risk with respect to any damage to or loss of the products will be transferred to you from the moment the products are delivered to you.

For what items do we have track & trace?

Track & trace is available for all items except Facemasks, Stickers, Tote Bags, Drawstring Bags, Buttons, Beanies, and other small accessories. These items are shipped within small envelopes or mailbox packages, which are not traceable and are not secured for damage or loss.

How can you track your order?
Once your order has been shipped we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a track & trace link, so you can follow the progress of your order. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed after your purchase. If you have received a track & trace e-mail, then your order is on its way to you! (ノ^ヮ^)ノ*:・゚✧

This e-mail has been sent to your given e-mail address when you made a purchase. If you can’t find your track and trace e-mail, please check your spam folder and double-check if your e-mail address is correct. Are you sure your e-mail is correct, and the track &trace e-mail is not in your spam folder, but you still haven’t received it? Please e-mail us at: support@kaomoji.co

Track & trace is not updating/ I haven’t received my package. What should I do?
Our packages are sent with PostNL, which our local postal carrier. If you don’t live in the Netherlands, your parcel will be re-labeled at the sorting center in your own country.

It will then be shipped further with another shipping service: your own local postal carrier. It is then possible the tracking code that we have given you can’t be updated anymore because it has been re-labeled with another tracking code. The instructions on how to track your package with your own postal service have been sent to you in the tracking e-mail. If you still have questions or need more information, please e-mail us at support@kaomoji.co.

Sometimes it could take several days for the tracking to be updated. If your parcel is stuck at one place for longer than 25 business days, or if you haven’t received your package within 30 days (within Europe) or 45 days (outside of Europe), please e-mail us as soon as possible. We will try to find out where your parcel is. If you don’t report it to us, we won’t be able to help file a claim with the carrier to find your package. Please note: customs clearance can take about 2-3 weeks to be released.

Customs and Import Taxes or Duties

Orders within the European Union are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) and will not be subject to any additional charges. Countries outside the European Union are shipped DDU and additional charges may be added by your local customs.
Import fees vary widely across the world. We are required by law to state the full value of your order for customs purposes. Kaomoji is not responsible for the custom charges and duties you may be subject to.

How do we ship your purchase?
All items are safely wrapped in plastic and will be delivered in a shipping bag. We use PostNL for all standard shipments.

Every order comes with a custom kaomoji card and sticker. Do you have special shipping instructions, such as a drawing or present for someone? Please describe that in your order notes and we will take care of it if it is possible!
