Returns & Exchange

Return Policy:

We offer a refund on any full price items returned to us in perfect condition, unused, unwashed within 14 days after you’ve received your product.
Due to hygienic reasons, facemasks cannot be returned.
Returns for items bought during a sale are also not allowed.

Basically, the product can be returned if:

  • In original state and undamaged.

  • Unwashed, unused or unworn.

  • You start the return process within 14 days after you’ve received your product.

  • There was not a sale on the product.

The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the fault is with us. Goods are returned to kaomoji at your own expense. Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly recommend that you send it insured. Always retain proof of postage.

If the above criteria are not met, we have the rights to reject your exchange. Please fill in our customer support form to begin the return process.

Exchange for another size:

If you would like to exchange your product for another size, you have to return your product first ( see return policy for conditions ). When we receive your item in good condition, we will refund your total amount as quickly as possible to the account used to purchase the order. Once everything is done you have to place a new order on the website with your new size.

Faulty or damaged product received:

If you have received a damaged or faulty product, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your product, otherwise we are not able to help you anymore. Fill in our return form and please attach at least 3 clear pictures of your faulty/damaged product. We will take care of the rest and it has no further costs for you.


What now?

Please fill in the customer support form within 14 days of delivery and we would be happy to start the exchange. Remember, the shipment costs are at the customers’ own expense.
