We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our store. If for any reason you are not happy with your item(s), you may return them to us within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. 

Please note the following conditions for a return to be accepted:

1. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Any tags, labels, or protective covers must still be attached resealed and intact.

2. The item must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Any item that shows signs of wear, stains, or odors cannot be returned.

3. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We will send you a return label once the return shipping fee has been paid by you.

To initiate a return, please fill in the customer support form with a request for return within 14 days of delivery, and we would be happy to start the exchange. 

Once we receive your return package and verify that the above conditions have been met, we will issue a refund or exchange as requested. 

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please note that certain items, such as Mystery items, facemasks, and custom orders, may not be eligible for return. Any exceptions to this policy will be clearly stated at the time of purchase in the product description. 

Exchange for a Different Size:

If you need a different size, you can exchange your product by following our return conditions. First, please return the item in good condition (see our return conditions above). Once we receive the returned item, we will refund your total amount as quickly as possible to the account you used to make the purchase. After that, you can place a new order on our website with the size you want.

Damaged or Defective Product:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please let us know within 14 days of receiving it. If you wait longer than that, we won't be able to assist you. To start the return process, fill out our customer support form and attach at least three clear pictures of the damaged or defective product. we will take care of the rest, and there won't be any additional or shipping costs for you.
