Returns & Exchange

Return Policy:

Returns, Refunds or Cancelations are possible for all non-pre order full price items* that are in perfect condition, unwashed, unused and unworn within 14 days after you received the package. 

Please note that all sale items and pre-orders are non-refundable!!

*Due to hygienic reasons, facemasks cannot be returned 

Your product/order qualifies for a full refund if:

  • it is in original state and undamaged
  • unwashed, unused and unworn
  • it was not a sale item
  • you start the return process within 14 days after you’ve received your product.

Please fill in our customer support form to begin the return process. If the above criteria are not met, we have the right to reject your exchange. 

The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the fault is with us. Goods are returned to kaomoji at your own expense. Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly recommend that you send it insured. Always retain proof of postage.

Exchange for another size:

If you would like to exchange your product for another size, you have to return your product first ( see return policy for conditions ). When we receive your item in good condition, we will refund your total amount as quickly as possible to the account used to purchase the order. Once everything is done you have to place a new order on the website with your new size.

Faulty or damaged product received:

If you have received a damaged or faulty product, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your product. Please fill in our contact form and attach at least 3 (three) clear photos of your faulty/damaged product. We will take care of the rest and the shipping costs will all be on us.

Pre-Orders:

All pre-order sales are final. Customers cannot cancel or modify their pre-orders once they have been placed. By. placing a pre-order, customers agree to these terms of service.
