Because of the current situation, we need to work from home and shipping will be delayed for a few days.

Facemask orders will ship in a small envelope with post stamps. This is NOT trackable!
Kaomoji is not responsible for lost packages without tracking. If you want to track your order we recommend to purchase a clothing item which allows you to track your order.
Shipping to United States, Canada, Australia and all other world countries outside the European Union, are delayed for more than 30 days.
