3 Magical Girl Shows to boost your friendship powers!

As an (uncertified) expert on this blog's genre, I’ll enlighten all of you about one of the best anime genres!
Who doesn’t want to see cute girls fighting villains with the power of magic.
Follow me into my personal three recommendations for the Magical Girl genre!

Tokyo Mew Mew

Here we go!
My very first anime that I looked up by myself when I first understood what anime exactly was!
This show has a special place in my heart, and hopefully yours too!

Ichigo Momomiya expected her date with her crush, Masaya Aoyama, to have a more romantic ending than her falling asleep after she sees a vision of a cat entering her body.
It gets even stranger when the next day, she starts to experience more cat-like behaviours!
To top it off, Masaya gets attacked by an alien looking monster!
During the attack, Ichigo finds out she can transform into Mew Ichigo, a magical girl who’s supposed to save the world!
With 4 more magical girls to form team Mew Mew, are they able to defeat the enemies while also living a normal life?

This lovely 52 episode anime has a 7 volume manga! Unfortunately out of print, so hard to get.
Luckily you can read the whole manga online!

Yuuki Yuuna is a Hero

This one goes a little bit more into the darker territory than Tokyo Mew Mew.
Are you prepared to cry? Become frustrated by the bad guys?
Yuuki Yuuna will help you out with those emotions!
Accompanied by beautiful music from the same musical genius from the Nier Automata ost!

In her everyday life, Yuuki Yuuna is a hero. Part of her middle school Hero club, she does her best to help others and make everyone smile! Be it helping another school club with their activities, or a daycare with a little puppet show! Yuuna is here to help everyone out, together with her fellow club members!

However, things take a turn. Mysterious destructive forces called Vertexes begin threatening the world she loves. So the Hero Club is called upon to defeat the enemies by transforming into magical girls with the help of… a mysterious phone app?
Along with her wheelchair bound best friend Mimori Togo, as well as sisters Fuu and Itsuki Inubouzaki, they must transform in order to battle the Vertexes.

The anime has multiple 12 episode seasons and movies, both prequel and sequels, just like the manga and lightnovels!
Be sure to not accidentally spoil yourself!

Magical Girl Raising Project

Ever played a gacha game?
Imagine playing a Magical Girl gacha game, just for fun, until you receive a special message.
You win! (No, this is not the typical scam notification.)
You won the opportunity to become a real magical girl, together with 15 other winners!
However, this cool opportunity isn’t as innocent as it sounds.

For a lot of girls who live in N-City, becoming a real magical girl is a dream.
The only way to get as close as possible to it, is by playing the RPG, Magical Girl Raising Project.
Our main character, Koyuki Himekawa, made the dream a reality when she got selected to become a magical girl.
As Koyuki and all the other chosen girls help everyone in need, another announcement gets made.
The admins decided they want to reduce the amount of magical girls.
The one with the least earned candy, will be dropped out.
However, the girls don’t know what kind of effect it will have on them in real life after losing their powers.

With multiple lightnovels and an anime of 12 episodes, you have enough to entertain yourself while being cozied up!
